    We are a small single owner facility in Benton, La. American Freedom Storage LLC. We've recently made improvements to our facility in 2020 by adding propane exchange, becoming a moving truck dealer for Penske, Adding a water machine for bottle refills and getting an ice machine. Also gutted and remodeled office to be more updated and customer friendly. We offer complimentary services such as free coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water.....even taking bottled water to customers when their loading or unloading on property. Free fax or copies made for customers. Most all of our profits we've made for 2020 we've put back into our property. Our progress showed when last week the Shreveport Times had a business competion for people to vote on tyheir favorite businesses. With all the competition for Storage in Shreveport/Bossier City our company won 1st place in customer satisfaction. We were going up against the big boys like Secure Care and Best Yet yet we came out on top. Hard work and customer service followed by attention to detail has really paid off for us. Jan. 6th 2020 we were at 59% occupied when I took over. We now sit at 85% occupied and 89% square foot rented. Here's to happy renting in 2021!
