      You didn't document....it never happened. Notes, notes and notes. Sounds like multiple procedures wasn't followed. No calls made.....7 months LATE......Dumped in a landfill? What happened to auctioning it off per SOP and legal procedure? Can't even tell her what dump. She has an open and shut case of litigation against this place. Check the other 45 reviews. An 2.0 overall. They deserve whatever sanctions they have coming to them.
